I've done better with that for the past few days since... Mon, 29 May 2017 01:25:08 EST When You're Starting Out Slow... I guess I'm just needing some encouragement. I've been extremely sedentary for a long time, and so I'm starting out slow in the exercise department. But I still wonder if I'll ever be able to exercise enough to make a difference.

I've heard to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in per day. Well, I don't know if I'll EVER get to that point. :( Right now exercising 10-15 minutes per day is a kind of a struggle. Spark set it up to where it recommends around ... I downloaded it, and it helps you track all sorts of workouts. I'll be tracking my walking and my swimming, as well as my water aerobics if I can.

I'm stuck on something though, the pace. When I do some walking, it tracks my distance, time, etc. and of course my speed or pace, but the number looks like this:
20:55/mi - anyone have any idea what that means? What's 20:55 per mile?

Thanks so much!

Rushell Fri, 26 May 2017 23:52:43 EST knee replacement I had total knee replacement surgery in March and have been in Physical Therapy since. Fri, 26 May 2017 19:29:13 EST IFBB Pro Ben Pakulski’s MI40 Extreme 2.0 Training Has anyone else used his program? We like to go exploring and treasure hunting, so we were out walking (or hiking), climbing and exploring through the trees and brush this evening, I think for about 20 minutes or so maybe? When I logged it, it wanted me to choose how fast I was walking. I'm like, I have NO idea. LOL I naturally walk sort of briskly, but it's definitely not at a jog or run by any means. But I do...
