So I'm new to Spark People and trying to figure out if there's an easy way to adjust this... <BR> <BR> To hit my goal weight it's telling me I need to burn 1K calories a week and eat roughly 2-2.3K/day. However the exercise I'm doing (cycling to work and back) has me burning between 7-8K calories/week. I know that there's such a thing as eating too few calories when you're doing a lot of exercise, so I was just wondering if there was a way to adjust it on here to give a more accurat... I started back running again several weeks ago. The issue is that every time I go out I get blisters. A friend suggested moleskin, which I have been using.
