Is there a rule of thumb to setting the weight? Our gym doesn't have a trainer so there is no one to ask. I'm having trouble finding calorie calculators, I found (by Googling) the Sparkspeople "how many have I burned at 5 mph", and "how many have I burned at 2.5 mph", but I want to increase speeds (incrementally, like "5.5 mph", then 6, then 6.5") over ti... So, let's say (like today) I burned "619" calories, and I "can" add that to my consumption. My question is, "how does adding those extra calories affect weight loss, does it slow it?" If I burn (as per example) 619 calories I NEVER eat 619 calories more, *maybe* 200 more. <BR> <BR> Opinions?
