Plus, it's easier on my already troubled knee. About a month ago, I injured my good knee when I nearly fell out of my back door. The doctor said with the way I injured it, I could possibly have torn the meniscus. I'm wondering what kind of cardio is safe to do with this injury? What I have been doing is M,W,F machines for upper body/abs and then 20-25 min. of cardio on bike or elliptical.
