I normally feel sore the days afterward, but it's always been my arms or legs, and occasionally my butt if I'm lucky. Today it's my back. This worries me because I'm wondering if this means I injured myself. It isn't a sharp pain, but I definitely feel stiff when I try to move. It's more around my lower back and there's one spot that has more of a tender feeling than the rest. I have the stiff feeling in my upper back too, b... I was always under the impression that any kind of ST was meant to be alternated, so if you're doing a full body work out, you only do it about every other day, or alternate which muscle groups you work every day (though honestly, I'd much rather do a full body workout every other day).

I'm not looking to exercise that intensely. I've joined a Biggest loser team challenge with a local bootcamp, and its been going on for 3 weeks and we had our midway weigh in, and I gained 1.5 lbs. Not a huge deal, and I'm assuming its because my fat is starting to turn to muscle, which is awesome. I feel a little less jiggly, and overall i have faith that these bootcamps are working well for me. I enjoy going, and was doing them 3 times a week for the first 3 weeks, and am doing 4 times a week for the remaining 3.

... Wed, 13 May 2015 10:05:46 EST Favorite back exercises?
