I did stuff like planks, pushups, double leg lifts and ab exercises, focusing more on the tranverse ab muscles. The outcome my left side is partially paralyzed and I have very little muscle on my left. I can walk and use my left hand somewhat, but my balance isn't too good . The doctors all want me to participate in exercise programs , they just tell me if it hurts then stop. What should I do or not do exercise or cardio wise. Over the years, I put on additional weight. I have had period cortisone injections as well as some super expensive treatment with injections made with something from a rooster...go figure. The muscles in my upper abdomen and my back are hurting so much! I added heat, that was a mistake I found out because the muscles started to spasm.
