I got hives in May and have been checking on the hives every 2 weeks. Checking includes lifting boxes that are 40 pounds, frames that are 10 pounds and counting to see how many are full of honey and brood(bee eggs). I usually spend 1-2 hours checking the hives. Soon it will include filling 1 pound jars full of honey and carrying the boxes of them to my car and out to sell...How do I count this as exercise?
