I recently bought myself a kettleball as it looked like something I can use indoors. I haven't started yet because I'm a bit anxious. I have fibromyalgia and typically the day after any heavy activity (including vacuuming :() just leaves me in such pain and with swollen joints. Checking includes lifting boxes that are 40 pounds, frames that are 10 pounds and counting to see how many are full of honey and brood(bee eggs). I usually spend 1-2 hours checking the hives.
