Running often involves elevations which don't seem to be considered on most trackers.
SO ....is there a tracker out there that tracks biking, swimming, walking/running including elevations... Sun, 31 Aug 2014 14:43:13 EST Exercise morning, noon, or night? http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=6&imparent=34371949 So, I'm not a morning person, at all. I'm a night owl all the way back since my baby days. My mom and I both used to get told that we had our days and nights confused. That being said, most morning I wake up with just enough time to get dressed, grab a bowl of cereal and head out the door for classes.

However, being a commuter student to the local university, I've discovered if I want to find a parking space, I have to be there by like 8 o'clock in the morning. I want to spend time treading water, the issue is that I'm not sure that I am up to doing 10 minutes at one time. I could probably do a minute or two at a time, then swim a few laps, tread water again, then repeat several more times. Would I... I need some help with a decision that's really gnawing at me. I first joined the gym about a month ago because I had been plateaued for several months before that. I started out great, going 4-5 days per week, but for the last two weeks I've only gone ONCE. The weather is getting nicer out so I'll be getting out hiking and jogging again, which I much prefer over being in a stuffy gym. I just can't decide though, it almost feels like if I cancel my membership I will be quitting, ...
