I stayed home that day and only drank water and ginger tea with lemon. The next day I felt fine and went back to work. The next two days I only ate one meal. Stir and cover with wax paper and cook it in the microwave for 1 minute. Then check it and see if it's done to my liking. Anyone else having concerns on this diet? Is it electrolyte related? Just went to the doctor and waiting on results. Love to know what others are experiencing!
