Sun, 11 Oct 2015 17:06:20 EST Question about calorie intake Good Afternoon...I am new, so correct me if I'm asking this question in the wrong place. I entered all my info so I would know how many calories I could have to lose two pounds a week (may be a bit ambitious). Then I tracked my exercise. When I looked again, the nutrition tracker had ADDED calories to what I could have. This seems a bit counter-productive to me. Wouldn't I lose more efficiently if I exercised more, but didn't add calories! Thanks for any replies. Sun, 11 Oct 2015 16:05:03 EST Whats the best Probotic to take ?
