I'd love to eat more avocados as part of my rounded diet. However, everytime I buy them I can only eat 1/2 or less before its a brown mush so I have to throw it away. My local Publix has a premade guacamole dip/spread with a limited ingredient list, all avocados and spices. Is there any reason it would be a bad idea to use this instead of just eating an avocado?
