For now I'm telling myself 30-days because it's a doable challenge but I would like for this to last longer. I've known about the effects of sugar on my body and appetite for a long time and I've given it up with great results in the past. I'm not talking about weight loss results either- though that has been a side effect. The real effects that I notice are my energy levels increase while my cravings and food compulsions decrease.

R... But that didn't account for long run days, where I burn 1000-2000 calories and even eating at the top of my range didn't get me enough food.

I recently saw on a post a clear and succinct post describing the best use for both ways of tracking, where she said nutrition tracker communicating with fitness tracker is bes...
