I have found that I never meet my protein goals. Being a vegetarian I know this is important. The problem I am finding is that to get my protein it tends to add fat and or carbs and then my ratio is still off. Do use a lot of your calories on drinks, like coffee drinks, energy drinks, etc. You can use a conscious effort, or have a water bottle with you at all times or around the house so you can see them, if your thirsty, drink a glass of water first...
