I feel bad throwing it away, and my parents are out of town too so I cant pawn it off on them. Does rice do ok if I were to freeze it and thaw it when I get back? I dunno if thats weird or would even work. Any way I can preserve it or will it go bad by the time I get back? Then about 9 pm or so on some nights, I just get hungry. Tonight I ate 3 cups of dry cereal (Special K with strawberries) just to snack before bedtime. Most nights this isn't at all a problem.
