Sounds like a good idea. When I have a cheat day, I don't plan my calories, but doing it this way still gives you control and a lot of leeway to enjoy a burger or pizza or whatever. Fantastic! It cut the calories almost in half and I love it just as much as my regular potato salad(s) (I make a few different versions). Usually I have one cup of coffee in the morning and stick to that one cup and i'm good to go. However today... I need something to keep me functioning...
