I've been successful in finding ways to fit fitness into my travels, but I am really struggling to eat healthily while "on the road". Thanks Fri, 29 Apr 2016 11:17:55 EST 800 calorie diet I saw Dr Oz yesterday and they were talking about an 800 calorie diet. You do it for 8 weeks and you can lose up to 73 pounds in those 8 weeks. They said it has to be high protein though so you do not lose muscle. And it can help reverse diabetes and/or prediabetes. What are your thoughts on this? I am thinking about trying it. I am a prediabetic and I need to lose 100 pounds. Fri, 29 Apr 2016 10:11:32 EST Biggest Loser Summer Challenge Need help getting healthier this summer?
