Being that I have arthritis in my feet, I decided the one exercise I will do is work on the treadmill. Once I was done with the treadmill I felt a lot better. I am definitely going to continue this exercise. I did it for 30 minutes. I do not do incline, but I started out at 3.0 and went up to 3.5. I am glad I went back.
