Has any one eaten a Skinny Cow? OMG they are fantastic. They have these fudge bars that are .5 grams of fat and 90 cal and these ice cream sandwhiches that I think are 2 grams fat but only 120(?) cal.

I go for one of them when the rest of the family has to go to Baskin Robins.

all this talk about icecream is making me hungry again. I have found a very yummy frozen yogurt from Ruggles. It is Blueberries and cream!! Only 2.5 grams of fat and 110 cals. Plus you get the benifits of eating yogurt. :)

i have found that at my local Kroger store a mini ice cream sandwich so that is what i get here cause it dont melt as fast for the kids... and they are half the amount of the "normal ones" so that helps.... also i have found that the lil ice cream cups that the stores have make great snacks for they are just about the right size...

We are in love with the "Skinny-cow" low-fat ice cream sandwiches. They are good & only 2 points if doing the weight watchers thing. WW fudge bars are really good to very big! they are 1 or 2 points can't remember exactly which one. I did find some sugar-free fudge bars, smaller than the WW ones but 1 bar is 0 points! Texas is hot & we love ice cream. Does anyone know how to make homemade ice cream using fresh blueberries, taht would be low in cals/points?

I thought it was 2 whole graham crackers so that it made it about the same size as a regular ice cream sandwich. I might be wrong...

Wow, that actually does sound really good! I am almost always craving ice cream sandwiches for nostalgia purposes. I have also heard that the Tofutti Cuties are phenomenal--a soy "ice cream" sandwich just like the classic, except in vanilla, chocolate, or other flavored middles. Look em up at tofutti.com. I haven't tried them yet, but they come highly recommended. And I will keep the graham/coolwhip idea in mind!

Two graham cracker squares sandwiched?
That sounds awfully itty-bitty (and 80 calories sounds like a lot for something that small) :/

Skinny Cow makes alot of wonderful Ice Cream Sandwiches. They even have a chocolate Peanut Butter one. You can find them at Super Target. Check out there website www.skinnycow.com. They have some of the cutest iron-on's that you can download (click on Skinny Stuff). I love the one that says "Inside each of us is a skinny cow ready to get out and shake it."

Those happen to sound very yummy and simple enough to get the kids involved in making them.

I really enjoy the Klondike 100 calorie "Slim-a-bear" ice cream sandwiches. I can barely taste the difference! 100 calories, 1.5g of fat, 65mg of sodium and 21g of carbs.

I don't know if anyone has tried this, but they are wonderful.. Chocolate Honey Graham Crackers 2 squares, with Cool Whip sandwiched in the middle. Freeze and eat......80 calories, 2g fat (could be lower with low fat ingredients), 100mg sodium, 15g carbohydrates......

These have been around for a long time, I just found mention of them again in an old diet journal.
