| My son David drinks Great Value (Wal-Mart) brand vanilla soy milk. I like it too. Silk is the best tasting plain one.

Any type of sherbert should be fine. It's made with ice milk instead of cream or soy products. It's low fat, and you can get sugar free/low sugar versions too.
Fruit juice pops are also soy free. You can free your own yogurt at home too, with a popsicle stick stuck in it.

Hi-Any low-fat main meal/frozen treats that does not contain Soy? Have a family member allergic to it and find soy listed in so many food items
