How in the world do you figure out the nutritional value of a cup of grated vegetable compared to a cup of sliced vegetable? Is it the same nutritional value? A cup of something grated will be different from a cup of something sliced, right? Or do you figure it by, say, you use half of a so many inches long veggie and that's the nutritional content you use?
I'm very new to this cooking thing and, obviously, very clueless!
