My digital food scale died. I made tortilla pizzas last night and I'm having trouble figuring out the nutrition part. I buy Mozzarella, part skim milk cheese at Coscto and put them in smaller bags. So I don't have the nutrition information. I used 1/2 cup of cheese on the pizza. I can find the nutrition in ounces, but what does that convert to in cups?
