| 5.5 lbs. in 10 days! I can feel a change in my jeans and shorts already. Now I just need to get in good enough shape to do an hour of continuous exercise instead of doing it in 30 minute sessions.

First week of SP and happy to report everything is going great! Today's weigh in found me 7#s lighter. What's really great is that my Husband and my daughter said they noticed it in my face and the spare tire was even smaller! That was a great boost! Good luck to all!

| I'm off to a good start--3 lbs. since I started on Tuesday. The next 2 weeks are going to be hectic, so I hope I can keep it up.

| I gained the first 3 weeks(12lbs.) and I stuck to the diet,didn't cheat at all. But this past 3 1/2 weeks I have lost that and 3 more.

| I FINALLY MOVED THE SCALE EVER SO SLIGHTLY IN THE DOWNWARD MOTION. WILL CONTINUE TO WORKOUT THE SOME AND LOWER MY CALORIE INTAKE TO GET IT MOVING AGAIN.
