thanks for the input on Alli - It doesn't sound like something I would want to deal with - since I am a walking accident looking for a place to happen- I don't think I want to add that to my chances- lol .

| Concerning the new diet aide "Alli"...I heard on ABC Good Morning American that it is similiar to a prescription drug "zenecal". It is expensive. If you take the Alli or zenecal and eat anything with high fat you better be prepared to get to a bathroom FAST!!! Also you will have an oily substance when you POOP, when it hits the water it's like oil on a pizza or - lol....how's that for a description. I took zenecal once and never finished it. I think if you stick to the nutrition in spark you'll be better off
