| Thanks Steph. I never knew the best time to weigh. And my husband read that is in the morning after you go pee. So thanks Know I know I don't need to waigh every morning and get mad cause I have not lost anything and when I do is 2lbs then gain it back.

| Haut, When I weigh myself, I pick one day a week and a time, for example I do Wednesdays in the morning after I wake up.

| I'm in day two and if nothing else I'm certainly more aware of both what I eat and the amount of exercise I get (or don't!) I think I'm going to love the community. And since my main goal is to be active and healthy until I drop dead at a very old age I'm feeling good about my prospects! Julie

| Hi...I'm in day 4 and I have not lost anything sents i started other and I gained 2 lbs the lost 2 lbs. Before I started I had lost 7 lbs. But now nothing. I was just was walking and counting my calories. But now I have add in work outs with it when I can't get out to walk. But I do have to ask when is the best time to waigh yourself?

Today is my first day. I wasn't really planning on doing this right now (but need it desperately) - a friend sent this site to me and it really looks like something great! I think having a group of people to talk to and having accountability is a great thing. I think that is why I haven't succeeded in the past because I felt alone and couldn't stay motivated. I am looking to be able to talk to people going through the same thing I am. We can do this! Tracey

If so, how are you doing? I find that I'm having a hard time staying in my calorie range. I'm doing a lot of physical activity trying to compromise for the difference as I get adjusted to this. What about you and if so what are you doing?
