  • How about something for a near 60 year old that is in terrible shape with bad knees? There has to be something in that black bag for me. - 2/28/2015 10:51:28 PM
This is just what I was looking for. I love this article :) - 1/10/2015 3:51:08 AM
  • I would like to see articles about exercise precautions for those who can hyperextend. I can and have injured myself in childhood several times. Now I fight recurring issues not on the strength moves but on simple things like putting my foot down on a stair. POSITION IS EVERYTHING! But there is more I need to know. - 11/26/2014 8:17:28 AM
  • I would love to do a pull-up. A split no thanks. - 5/21/2013 8:37:12 AM
  • I finally reached the ability to run a mile without stopping. Now, I would like to do a 5K. - 4/15/2013 8:58:39 AM
Exercising and keeping fit for me is crucial to feel all right. Because of my work I can not visit gym regularly, but I keep shape by taking Military Grade Supplements which make me always ready for active workouts. The recovery time is impressive even after long breaks. I feel energized when I exercise and throughout the day. - 1/17/2013 2:10:56 PM
I would like to do a sit-up (or crunch) without killing my neck & also jog at least a mile without running out of breath. - 10/25/2012 12:23:13 PM
  • I want to be able to do a plank! - 10/20/2012 12:11:18 PM
  • I want to be able to go a pull up too.
I was a extremely skinny in elementary school and the pull up was something I could never accomplish.

  • Can't wait to perfect my pushups, but I want to be able to do a full split! - 5/12/2011 7:50:32 AM
  • Oh my, the President's Fitness stuff brings back memories, none of them pleasant. I was a sickly, very skinny kid but P.E. was traumatic! And sports? Yikes.

I'm aiming to get fit enough to do agility with my dog and to hike & maybe backpack. Active recreation seems fun & not like "working out"!

  • I too would love to be able to do "the splits," both with my legs out to the side and with them out to the front! For now, thanks so much for the pull-up progression. It's working so far! :) - 3/6/2011 11:43:15 PM
  • My yoga instructor can split her legs and lie down face first on the floor to add a deep stretch to her back. I run alot so my hamstring muscles don't want to stretch even very far in a v-stretch. Any suggestions on how to achieve the stretch she does or do I have to quit running so much? - 3/22/2010 5:46:23 PM
