  • I would like to see articles about exercise precautions for those who can hyperextend. I can and have injured myself in childhood several times.     Exercising and keeping fit for me is crucial to feel all right. Because of my work I can not visit gym regularly, but I keep shape by taking Military Grade Supplements which make me always ready for active workouts.   • Oh my, the President's Fitness stuff brings back memories, none of them pleasant. I was a sickly, very skinny kid but P.E. was traumatic! And sports? Yikes.

    I'm aiming to get fit enough to do agility with my dog and to hike & maybe backpack. Active recreation seems fun & not like "working out"!

  • My yoga instructor can split her legs and lie down face first on the floor to add a deep stretch to her back. I run alot so my hamstring muscles don't want to stretch even very far in a v-stretch. Any suggestions on how to achieve the stretch she does or do I have to quit running so much? - 3/22/2010 5:46:23 PM
  • Hi, I enjoyed the article "you can do a pull-up". I would like help training to be able to do Zumba without being out of breath & having to sit out 1/2 of the class. I'm just starting on my weight loss journey. I'd like to lose 30 to 40 lbs. I now weigh 174. Any tips you could give me, would be greatly appreciated.
