I finally reached the ability to run a mile without stopping. Now, I would like to do a 5K.

Exercising and keeping fit for me is crucial to feel all right. Because of my work I can not visit gym regularly, but I keep shape by taking Military Grade Supplements which make me always ready for active workouts. The recovery time is impressive even after long breaks. I feel energized when I exercise and throughout the day.
My yoga instructor can split her legs and lie down face first on the floor to add a deep stretch to her back. I run alot so my hamstring muscles don't want to stretch even very far in a v-stretch. Any suggestions on how to achieve the stretch she does or do I have to quit running so much?
Hi, I enjoyed the article "you can do a pull-up". I would like help training to be able to do Zumba without being out of breath & having to sit out 1/2 of the class. I'm just starting on my weight loss journey. I'd like to lose 30 to 40 lbs. I now weigh 174. Any tips you could give me, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I second (third? fifth? ...) the splits! Oh, I always wanted to be able to do those! For now, I'll settle for pull-ups. :)
This is a great idea! For me, working at being able to perform some impressive stuff is a great motivation.
There are some yoga stances I'd love to do, like the Crane Pose (Bakasana) or Elbow Balance (Pincha Mayurasana). You'll certainly need someone with experience wih yoga to answer this one, but tutorials how to get into those positions - what strength exercises to do for how long and which yoga poses to start with - would be just great.
