I was amazed when I saw the list of foods & their healthier versions. I must be eating better than I thought, because the only food on that list that interested me was the pizza, and I already make my own, including my own fat-free spaghetti sauce.
I've trained my tastebuds to like unsweetened drinks, like plain ice tea, instead of sweet (non-refreshing) things like lemonade. Sweet drinks make me crave more, even if they are artificially sweetened.
I've never liked chicken wings, poppers, or even mozzarella sticks - not fond of fried foods at all.
