Horseback riding - specifically organized endurance riding or competitive trail riding distances of 25-55 miles. My husband and I camp out with our horses and friends overnight, and have a wonderful trail ride the next day. It's great fun and a terrific workout.

"Power-Walking" with friends. I have learned that when I am walking and talking with friends, the time and miles go by so quickly! I do the three miles without even realizing it, and we stay a bit longer to stretch and talk some more. "Power-Walking" with friends has really pumped up my cardio and my exercise routine.
