I've been working out with Coach Nicole since my first bootcamp way back on May 1, 2011. She is my all-time favorite. A low key sergeant in the health and fitness army. She's actually more like a five-star general to me!
Wee! Mine came in the mail. I'll be working out with it today!

Hi! I began the 28-day Bootcamp with Coach Nicole Cardio+Strength DVD exercises today. It was great!!! I am looking forward to the next 27 days and seeing the progress these workouts give me. Thanks, Coach Nicole, for an AWESOME workout tool!!!! Best regards, Dee Ann

I'm another one who would love a workout that's low impact - as in no lunges or squats for my knees with osteoarthritis. Or at least show some modified moves in lieu of squats and lunges. There are a lot of them in the 28 day workout. Other than that it's a fine video, but I'm disappointed I can't make more use of it.

I'm waiting for the downloadable version. I would love to have them on my notebook which does not have a dvd player. Anytime soon?

I would love a Zumba option too. Have been lookiing for a Zumba video for 50+ group.
I bought the DVD and have been using it daily ... I have looked, but don't see anywhere on this site where I can log my minutes for it ... if they are selling an exercise DVD, they should include it in the fitness tracker!! am I just missing it?
I won Cardio Blast on a wheel spin. Tried it first time today. Is a great workout! I anticpated it being more of a beginner level, but I would classify only the first two ten minute segments that way. Got a good sweat going! I believe that older ladies with "fallen female parts" issues might have trouble with the hopping and jumping segments. Sorry if that's TMI, but some might need to know. Nicole does a good job of reminding folks that they can modify the movements, but a beginner might not know exactly how to do that other than just walking in place. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely put this in my rotation of workouts. Thanks!
