I've done the same thing with walking and using the exercise bike, all at home, never going to a gym. I've done this 5 times during my life, including eating a better diet, of course, it's very doable. I'm working on doing it again for the 6th time now, I usually can maintain for a few years in between, until I get so tired of it, I revert back. You have kept weight off for 6 months, I wonder how you are doing NOW??
