  • you should be seeing a PT for guides to exercise. try putting a free weight for the one hand. and putting a ankle weight on the leg.

    Please help. I am in an electric wheelchair. I can use my rt. leg and arm. I want to lose 70 lbs., smartly. I never want to weigh 220 again. when I do reach my goal, I will set another.   • Good morning all. I am a veteran Sparky and a frequent if not prolific blogger. I have been spicing up my blogs with pictures from the net, for the last couple of years.

    Suddenly, today, I find my pics are disabled. This cannot be a coincidence, but has anyone else had the same experience? Does anyone know why?

    Hi I'm type o and I'm tryi g to work out what I can eat for breakfast - I'm thinking wheat free bread toasted tahini and fig jam ? Would this be ok? I'm a creature of habit so I really need toast for breakfast the question is what can I put on it - I was having jam/honey but I think these are wrong for type O?

  • Drinking a lot of water, almost 2 gallons a day along with Juicing vegetables. 5000 steps a day. Brought a tracker that clips on to the waist of pants, keeps track/count steps or converts to miles. - 8/29/2013 10:32:41 PM
  • My motivational technique is to take at least 5000 steps a day. I am now Juicing vegetables, sometimes fruit, but way more vegetables than fruits. Drinking almost 2 gallons a day. - 8/29/2013 10:28:53 PM
