you should be seeing a PT for guides to exercise. try putting a free weight for the one hand. and putting a ankle weight on the leg.
follow exercise videos.

Please help. I am in an electric wheelchair. I can use my rt. leg and arm. I want to lose 70 lbs., smartly. I never want to weigh 220 again. when I do reach my goal, I will set another. This site says I can lose it by July. GREAT. Do any of you have any suggestions? Please help. terri D.

Hi I'm type o and I'm tryi g to work out what I can eat for breakfast - I'm thinking wheat free bread toasted tahini and fig jam ? Would this be ok? I'm a creature of habit so I really need toast for breakfast the question is what can I put on it - I was having jam/honey but I think these are wrong for type O? Cheers fran
