I have decided that so long as my LDL cholesterol stays low I will not limit my eggs. I eat about 1 doz a week and all is well.

Lots of information in this article is not correct for the UK. Our eggs are not washed so do not need refrigerated. The stores don't either. Free range does mean something and is regulated here. Recent government advice also states very little risk in raw egg as chickens providing Lion Stamped eggs are vaccinated and health checked. Report

I have high cholesterol. I started eating between 4 and 6 eggs a day with no ill effect. Not sure why anyone would worry about nature's most perfect food. Report

You need to stop looking at studies funded by the egg board and look at real science - eggs are NOT good for you. Go to nutritionfacts.org and look around. Report
