  • I love hummus with fresh veggies as a snack -- though when making it at home, I always add some tahini (sesame paste)! You can find it at international stores or in the health food aisle of your regular grocery store. I also use 3 or 4 cloves of garlic and some cumin. - 2/5/2011 11:57:35 AM

    Mostly the same old same old, low cal high carb is not healthy for everyone. Most of those would do nasty things to my blood glucose numbers. I'll stick to my foods, and leave the hummus ( for example) alone.
