  • Useful article, thanks for remembering me that we have 24 hours every day to live and we fool away so much time doing what we don't actually need (or WANT) to do.... - 9/2/2014 10:38:54 AM

I have lived in America all my life and they are the biggest procrastinators in the whole world. Many times, consumers/ customer can't get anything done due to inefficiency. You can go on for years and dealing with the same issue/problem with motor vehicles and other government agencies and corporation not to mention family and friends. - 5/18/2014 12:22:11 PM
  • I am going to allow myself at least 30 minutes every evening to go for a walk (weather permitting)! - 4/27/2014 4:19:19 PM
  • Turn off the electronics. - 11/24/2013 2:30:25 PM
  • I felt validated by this article because I have adopted a similar philosophy here of late. I am a teacher who used to spend every Sunday doing school paper work. I now make myself take every other WHOLE weekend off. I even stay after a little later if necessary to do this. My new routine has totally destressed my life. I have more time for family, and I find that I still keep up with grading etc...

As I get move along this journey, I am learning that there is time for everything if I just prioritize. No more guilt for me! - 11/24/2013 12:32:15 PM

I really enjoyed this article. In fact, I print it out and placed it where I can see it everyday. As we get older we take for granted our own time always making excuses of why we can't dedicate a little time for ourselves. Then when we come to realize that we have not invested time in our health at times it's too late. - 10/7/2013 1:46:30 PM
  • Stop reading articles on line. - 9/20/2013 11:13:22 AM
  • I would add: limit the time you spend online/on social networks/et cetera. That is my problem that I've been working on lately ;)

    Good reminders. - 9/20/2013 11:12:02 AM
