  • Everytime I watch this my fears seem silly. I pledged to myself to run a 10 miler by March 15th of this year. If Ben made it happen I can do it too.
  • Thank-you. Very inspirational!

Thank you for the uplifting video.
What a great way to start my day! Truly impressive. You've accomplished great things and the video is just beautiful and very motivating. Thanks
Ben, your vidio brought a tear to my eye. what an insiration you are. I am so happy for yoy. You have a great family also.
  • Your story has truly inspired me to never give up!! Congratulations on accomplishing your dreams and more!!!
  • Life is certainly hard. The hardest things are often the ones that we do to ourselves. Fortunately, as Ben's video shows, the best things are also the things that we do to ourselves. How wonderful that his family was at his side for his journey. You really have to love someone a lot to go that kind of distance! Congrats to all!
I really liked the video but i didn't care for ben's blog. He seemed a bit out for money to me on his blog. also unfortunately he gained back a lot of the weight this past year.
  • What an inspirational video. Thank you so much for sharing and for showing how running can change a person's life.
  • Absolutely wonderfull!
  • Tears here as well...totally inspiring! I am currently training to run my first 5k and watching this has totally inspired me to push harder!
  • This video made me cry as well. What an inspiration! Every little bit does count to help you reach the end goal. I've been feeling less than motivated after the long 4th weekend and reverting back to old bad habits. Thank you Ben for sharing your story. Awesome!
  • Another crier here. Thanks Ben for inspiring me to do better, be better!
  • This video is awesome! I started running earlier this year to help me finish out the remainder of my own weight loss (going from 250 to 155/160 when I'm done, 182 now!) on my journey to a healthier me and this really hit home for me. Thanks for the extra motivation and inspiration to keep me going!
  • This brought it all home! What a great video! What a great story! The video brought tears to my eyes. I have been working all year at weight loss - tracking what I eat, shaking up my workouts and the little bit of weight I have lost seems so minor.

This reminds me that I just need to do that next workout and eat healthy at the next meal and I will see major transformations in my body.

    Outstanding job! And, thank you
