Every time I see these exercises they are always for already-skinny people. There are those who are quite stout and cannot kick and squat, YET, like in these exercises. Can't you post some exercises for heavier women who are trying to get to that point of doing these exercises? I'm just sayin'........
I have a herniated disk in my lower back which causes problems with my knees - there is no way I can do a lot of these exercises without putting my back out. I would like some ideas on exercises I can do. I workout 5 days a week between the elliptical, walking on the treadmill, and also the stair stepper machine.

On the butt exercies should you do 3 sets on each leg one at atime or should you alternate sets?
Really love these exercises and they are making a difference. But I wish the proper name for the exercises had been included so I could add them to the fitness tracker. Anyone know what some of them are called?
