    Every time I see these exercises they are always for already-skinny people. There are those who are quite stout and cannot kick and squat, YET, like in these exercises. Can't you post some exercises for heavier women who are trying to get to that point of doing these exercises? I'm just sayin'........ - 10/23/2013 4:53:36 PM
