  • Just got 2 easy yoga books out of library. I think any exercise that takes your mind off of negative issues is good. Any activity as long as you enjoy it. Walking is great as well.
  • I find that exercising does help; I will have to try yoga too.
  • I have tried yoga over and over. I just don't get it. Maybe I am hoping for too much, too fast...but it just doesn't do it for me.
  • I have not tried yoga for depression, but exercise in general helps me through depression - my body and spirit respond very strongly!
  • I am currently using yoga and meditation to form good habits for when I am off of medication. It is working really well and I feel very relaxed and accomplished after I am done. And the best part is that my daughter likes to do some of the moves with me! Or she acts like a weight resistance lol. Once in a while she will go "through the tunnel" when I am in downward-facing dog.
