  • I am currently using yoga and meditation to form good habits for when I am off of medication. It is working really well and I feel very relaxed and accomplished after I am done. And the best part is that my daughter likes to do some of the moves with me! Or she acts like a weight resistance lol. Once in a while she will go "through the tunnel" when I am in downward-facing dog. - 5/29/2014 9:52:44 PM
