I second leafy greens. I don't know if the effects are purely chemical, or because my digestive system is so happy, but they sure make my body feel clean and happy. I have not noticed a mood change with any of the others. Except, occasionally when I'm depressed, I crave Salmon. Could be an Omega 3 deficiency! Interesting.
