  • Some of these might be good, but when I'm in a bad mood or depressed, I'm not thinking about reaching for a bell pepper or cooking something good. I'm more inclined to retreat, reach for a comfort food and wait. - 9/3/2015 10:34:52 AM
  • I second leafy greens. I don't know if the effects are purely chemical, or because my digestive system is so happy, but they sure make my body feel clean and happy. I have not noticed a mood change with any of the others. Except, occasionally when I'm depressed, I crave Salmon. Could be an Omega 3 deficiency! Interesting. - 9/2/2015 3:54:22 PM
