  • I like the idea of reward, putting $1 into a special account to purchase additional fitness equipment, dvds, shoes or the like. Alternatively a $1 penalty for not doing your daily routine would also work.
  • Absolutely, I believe that weight loss should never be solely about the number on the scale. Identifying how I wanted my life to be affected helped me make changes for my LIFESTYLE. I'm not "on track" or "off track" because I'm just living a new lifestyle. It's not hard to stick to, or something I "have" to do, it just IS. I don't plan out meals or stick to a rigid menu, but I do keep stocked up with fruits, veggies and healthy snacks. I eat smaller portions of high cal/high fat foods (sparingly), and am sure to work in the extra calories and fat into my Spark Nutrition Tracker ranges. So far, so good! :D
