  • awww I used to hate hearing my babe cry....not too sure why her singing made the babe cry? but sometimes babies/kids hearts can be touched in a way we may not understand....... - 9/3/2014 10:28:15 AM
  • So touching. Great voice mom (-: - 8/26/2014 2:19:12 PM
  • I wanted to take the baby and cuddle her - 8/19/2014 10:58:46 AM
  • Don't you just want to cuddle this precious child? - 8/9/2014 1:02:31 AM
  • This baby almost brought tears to my eyes. I think it could have been the words of the song or something that just touched her.
I believe if she didn't like the song, we would have heard screaming. Beautiful! - 8/8/2014 11:15:33 PM
  • I think the baby understood. But did give a little giggle when she said "mommy's done". What a sweet child. - 8/3/2014 8:10:28 AM
  • I hope Mommy does not sing that song very often...the baby is sweet but she is also pitiful. - 8/2/2014 7:55:10 PM
  • I think it was the tone of the song, it was a sad song and she could hear it in her mother's voice. So cute! When my daughter was about 9 months old I sang 'You make me feel like" a natural woman by Aretha Franklin and she cried. - 8/2/2014 9:23:19 AM
  • What is so odd is that she is not crying like a baby, she's crying like an adult who understands the words, which she obviously cannot. So it must be the sound, but still, it's a very strange reaction for a child so young - 8/2/2014 7:38:01 AM
  • I think the tone of the song was sad. If it was lively the baby would have been happy. Such a precious baby! - 8/2/2014 7:37:48 AM
  • awwwwww cuteness overload - 8/2/2014 3:34:41 AM
  • It is not that the child did not like her mothers singing it was the song that was sorrowful that she cried to it. There are songs that will make young children cry. I even had that happen to me when I was singing a sad song. It is the sadness in the song that makes the child cry. - 8/2/2014 1:27:06 AM

  • I think the melody is mournful, and that's what the baby is crying about - not so much that she doesn't like her mom's singing, she just really feels the sadness and pain in the melody. I've seen other kidlets who cry from songs on the radio - they don't want the music turned off, they just feel how sad the song is from the melody. Kidlets are so much more in touch with the emotive quality of sound than we adults tend to be. - 8/1/2014 3:36:26 PM
  • I also felt that the baby did not like the song. - 8/1/2014 2:53:01 PM
