  • These are some good ideas. Some of them I already use, but the chewing gum one - na! My dentist told me that regularly chewing gum wears down your enamel. I used to chew gum when I would work out which is 3-4 times weekly, but I have stopped now. When enamel is gone, it's gone! You can grow it back. - 1/29/2014 12:22:18 PM
    By using a smaller plate rather than a larger one does make you feel full! Instead of eating fast, slow down and you will get fuller faster!
