  • I went out and bought a smaller plate at a thrift store quite some time ago. Red is a trigger color for me; I could not abide red dishes in my cabinets, but someone mentioned blue... that I could try. I normally eat snacks with my non-dominant hand, but from decades working with both hands, I think I am about 90% ambidextrous. Or perhaps I'd be eating far more if I used my originally dominant hand!

    Interesting tips. I had a hard time hearing it, and wish they'd offer more of this kind of thing in a slide-show or just text with illustrations.
