In you Food Processor , combine the chicken, a couple raw eggs, some shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, a teaspoon or two of ground Flax (or psyllium husk, or even bread crumbs... This is the binder) add your favorite seasonings. Form into 4 oz patties and fry with EVO or PAM like a burger. Serve with low-fat sourcream on top! Yummy! Full Recipe
