Some of these were really poorly written. While the question didn't ask, "They best way" the answer nearly always did. i.e. Women have been told for years to use lighter weights for more repetitions to not bulk up. Now women want to look cut -- which would have been seen as bulk about 20 years ago. So yes, increase the weight and get bigger muscles, but that's not really what the question asked. If you don't want bulk, you still have to use lighter weights.
You can still communicate which is the better method without saying the other way won't work at all.
