Motivational Quote - Most barriers to your success are man-made. And most often, you’re the man who made them.
SparkPeople Translation
What are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to stick to a fitness plan so that you will look great this summer? Are you trying to improve a relationship with a friend or loved on? Are you trying to eliminate fast food from your diet? Whatever you are trying to do, think about a time when you’ve allowed yourself to think, “I can’t!” Why did this happen? Most of the time, it is because of a barrier that you yourself created. It is completely natural for you to have this reaction in life. For most of us, when things get tough or when we start to fail, we try to find ways to justify our actions instead of trying to find ways to get over the hurdle. This is a barrier…and this is something most of us could work on. This week, really try to eliminate the hurdles and barriers you’ve created. One of the most common barriers we tend to create is lack of time. If you find yourself saying, “I can’t, I don’t have time!” take a second and analyze your goal. Is this something you really want to accomplish? If so, MAKE THE TIME! Get up a little earlier. Stay at home one night instead of going out. Find time for you and your goals.
