Motivational Quote - Character is simply habit long continued.
SparkPeople Translation
Why are habits so hard to break? Why does it seem like whenever you have one almost licked, it comes back to haunt you at just the wrong time? Because your habits are more than the routine of what you do. They make up a large part of who you are. How you act, how you react, how you interact are all influenced by your habits. This isn’t meant to discourage you from tackling a tough habit, but to show how important habits are to your future. If you are to grow into the person you hope to be, living the life you hope to live, your habits should reflect that ideal. All it takes is consistency. Be patient and don’t be discouraged by setbacks. Remember that how you bounce back from failure is a habit itself. It also says something about your character.

Chef Meg's Cheesy Grilled Banana Peppers
Submitted By: CHEF_MEG

Cheese. Bacon. Tomatoes. Yum!
Chef Meg finds a slightly more sophisticated version of the hot pepper poppers found on appetizer menus everywhere. Her version uses mild banana peppers, creamy Gouda cheese, a bit of bacon for a smoky richness, and tomatoes to offer a bit of freshness. She grills them to add another layer of flavor to the dish.

Serve these as an appetizer or unexpected side dish at your next barbecue!

Chef Meg uses panko, or Japanese breadcrumbs in this recipe. You can substitute whatever breadcrumbs you have on hand. Full Recipe
