If someone is really in need of help it is different, but if they are using you because they know you will do it…Is it in your educational life? Are the group member that always gets stuck staying up all night to finish the report? Is it in your family life? Do you always feel like you are doing something for others and never for yourself? If any of these situations sound like you, maybe it’s time to learn how to be assertive. Being assertive is not the same thing as being aggressive. Assertiveness is a personal leadership skill that will take you far in life!
