We've all regretted skipping a workout, but when was the last time you felt guilty about making the choice TO work out? That's right, probably never. Rise above your exercise excuses and just do it-- you'll be glad you did!
I agree with SILENTGIRL--there have been occasions where I have regretted my work out. If you overdo it, you can regret it for days, if not weeks depending on the issue.
Yesterday on Spark Coach, I read about excuse-busting. I especially liked the one about going to your doctor or physical therapist to find out what you can do for a workout that your body can handle. There really is an excuse-buster for everything.
I beg to differ. I got my doctor's okay, started slow, built up my endurance and ability, then tried a zumba class. I've been regretting that workout ever since. One hour in a class and five months later my knee is still recovering. No one? Ever? Please.

5/10/2015 5:10:42 AMI don't know anyone who regrets their workout. In fact, it's just the opposite. They want to do it again.
