With the arrival of spring comes a welcome flurry of colorful produce. Celebrate the bounty of the season by starting your day with these beautiful, satisfying meals packed with nutrients and fresh flavors.

These light and fluffy strawberry crepes are one of our favorite sweet breakfasts. They're a great way to switch up your spring Sunday brunches!

Light Asparagus Omelet

The fresh flavor of asparagus really shines in this simple omelet recipe. Breakfast is served in 15 minutes.

Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Yogurt Topping

We love all the sweet flavors and contrasting textures in this simple fruit salad. Sprinkle chopped, toasted nuts or granola on top for crunch.

Baked Eggs in Ham

These adorable single-serving ham cups turn any breakfast into a special occasion. Feel free to jazz these up with your preferred seasonings.

Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

This simple fruit syrup tastes amazing drizzled on a hot stack of pancakes. It also works great on top of yogurt, ice cream, or pound cake.

Morning Glory Breakfast Muffins

These hearty breakfast muffins are bursting with fiber-rich fruits and veggies (yup, you heard that right—veggies)! These will keep you full all morning without weighing you down.

Asparagus and Ham Mini Quiches

This protein-packed quiche is a fantastic main brunch dish--and it makes for delicious leftovers, too. Serve with fresh fruit and lightly dressed greens to round out the meal.

Sunny Eggs Benedict

This rich eggs benedict recipe is a filling, impressive breakfast. Serve with homemade hash browns and a side of fruit. For a little extra green and spring flavor, top with broiled asparagus spears.

Sweet & Tart Rhubarb Muffins

Tart fresh rhubarb is the star of these low-fat muffins. Feel free to add your favorite fruits and nuts to the batter for a heartier treat.

Garden Vegetable Frittata

This healthy veggie frittata features all of our favorite spring goodies! Serve it with crusty bread and fresh fruit salad for a filling meal.

Cheesy Artichoke Breakfast Casserole

This easy, cheesy breakfast casserole will get you to sneak some veggies in first thing in the morning. Serve hot with a slice of whole-wheat toast.

Feta & Spinach Scramble

Celebrate spinach season with this lean and green scramble. Salty feta and velvety eggs combine beautifully with wilted spinach for a filling breakfast that's high in protein.

Nice to have new ideas for breakfast. Getting bored with the same old can result in going down the wrong path food wise
