A handful of gummy bears is as many calories as a mini chocolate bar? Interesting. Give me chocolate anytime. If only I could stop at one. Sigh. Halloween will be tough.

Yes! I know I am going to eat at least one so this way I can control my calories and satisfy my sweet tooth.

It sure would be nice if the pictures were of the actual foods described, instead of a picture of truffles for malted milk balls or full sized peanut butter cups for mini. :-(

They most all have 11 or 14 grams of sugar in them. Really bad idea for those trying to lose the weight. Even 1 would trigger a binge for me. NO THANKS!!!

It's a good thing that October is also wood cutting time. I don't feel bad for have 2 mini Kit Kats while cutting and splitting wood for 4 hours.

It has been wonderful to be able to still have Snickers while losing weight, and to do it in a way that I never have to feel I'm "cheating." Planning my meals out the day before has been the answer for me. If I'm in the mood for some chocolate, I plan a couple fun-size Snickers into my next day's menu. Once in a while I even do a regular size bar. Then I have a while to look forward to it. I have always been a compulsive eater, but I've found that SparkPeople has turned me into a compulsive menu planner instead. I fiddle with the plan until it lines up with the 50% carb/30% fat/20% protein almost exactly. If the Snickers doesn't fit in with that, I don't have it. I don't feel deprived at all, and I never binge anymore. It's fantastic!!

Wow - it doesn't even look worth it to me! I couldn't eat just one, so I'd better stay away from it completely!

I don;t crave candy and only eat a bite or two as a treat on a rare occasion. I can be satisfied by just one small taste. My problems with weight stem from huge servings of relatively healthy foods...not sweets.

I am glad they put this up. Candy is a difficult area for me.

Been having trouble with my trigger foods as of late, and sugary treats are one of my biggest triggers. I look and I would love to only eat two mini peanut butter cups. Or 7 gummy bears. I could do that as long as that was all there was.
