This was very informative. I've made meringues in the past and my kids love them so that may be our holiday treat this year. A touch of peppermint extract makes them festive.

Well, it looks like I better eat just one.....

That was a bit shocking. Sometimes you eat these cookies without thinking about it. Even two or three of these can have a bit effect on your day!
