Another great snack! Microwave an apple for 3 1/2 minutes- cut up and sprinkle with Splenda and cinnamon- Voila! apple pie without the fat about 100 calories depending on the size of the apple

I love the slideshow!

I started eating 1200-1500 calories per day on January 04. These snacks came at just the right time. I now eat five times a day and desperately desire delicious low calorie snacks.

super duper! my only challenge is that i get hooked on some snacks which end up becoming boring after sometime so my next challenge will be to try and shop for everything on the list and then try and do two types each day ig uess.

A great alternative to Goat Cheese (though delicious in it's own right) is Laughing Cow Light. They come in wedges or bite-size cubes. They don't need to be refrigerated (so they're office desk friendly) and are SO YUMMY!
