A great alternative to Goat Cheese (though delicious in it's own right) is Laughing Cow Light. They come in wedges or bite-size cubes. They don't need to be refrigerated (so they're office desk friendly) and are SO YUMMY!

Snacks have been a problem area for me, it's so easy to give into the cravings. I took a look at "11 Savory Snacks Under 250 Calories" and found some YUM rated snacks.

I think the trick is to make sure you shop for the ingredients, so that you have them on hand when it's time to munch.

Oh my gosh they snapped on this! MMMMM I love tuna over lettuce! All these snacks and i'm sure for very cheap!

Edamame is raw soy which is VERY BAD for your thyroid gland and your endocrine system. If you must eat soy, eat fermented soy as it is safer for your thyroid gland. Oprah actually may have damaged her thyroid, for example, because she ate so many soy products. Just say no!
