Great suggestions, some have higher calories then I usually plan for snacks. But I agree with everyone else and wish we could print these. I couldnt even email it to try to print it that way as someone suggested.

Hmmm. I really like the chicken wrap idea. Most, I would not like. I'd still prefer fruit over most of that. Chips and salsa.. Oh I can do that lol. The hard boiled egg one.. why bother? One egg? who can eat only a couple pretzels. That's like eating one chip. I'd rather go without, then be teased. I think that a lot of us torture ourselves by eliminating all the yumminess of the snacks we used to love and even though it's the healthy route I think that every once in a while as long as it's not a habit and you fall back into your bad habits. Eat something unhealthy that you love Once every two weeks. I mean what harm can it really do? Work out extra that week to make up for it. That's what I think. It's like settling for having bad sex every day when you can just incredible sex once a week. Jus saying.

Wow, talk about some great, creative ideas! What I love about this website is how everyone thinks outside the box and comes up with really do-able things. I don't do kitchen, consider myself to be kitchenally challenged, and these are all things that don't require very much time, effort or hassle to make. I tend to eat the same things and get into a rut, then give up and binge. My motivation to snack sanely has been rejuvenated.

It is fairly easy to copy and paste the picture and the text from the web page into a word processing document. No typing needed. You can format how you want. You might want to copy and paste the picture separate from the text. That way you know exactly what you are getting. I've been doing one recipe at a time. Some I don't care to try.
