This is great! I bought some tortillas last shopping trip, and didn't know what to do with them. Now I know, and it does look delicious!

had a hard time reading then took four tries to around the pop in coffee ad i also would like to be able to print the list when you took the time to write then down the ad would cover the it and i have no idea how to get ride i of he ad with being logged out i gave up i know we have to deal with the ad so Spark can stay being free so i stay away from the areas that have this coffee ad its not many so i plan on straying here its the first time i feel like i will get to my goal

Instead of mayo, I use non-fat Greek yogurt in my tuna and chicken salads now. That way I sneak in extra calcium into my day!

Some great ideas. I freeze grapes - put in zip bags - and grab a bag when I head out the door. Then "snack" on as I drive.

I was a little wary at first, but some of these are good ideas. Actually, a bunch of these I would make a larger portion and call it lunch!

Some are very good snacks while others are very heavy in sodium content...the article was not thoroughly thought out for health...only calerories and fat.
