Won't eat SOY products if I can help it. BAD for the thyroid!. Flour tortillas are too high on the Glycemic index for me, as is popcorn. Give me more solid snacks...celery , carrots, apples!

I love to spread a little peanut butter on an apple and sprinkle a few chopped nuts on top. It tastes like a caramel apple, but you are having a balanced snack with protein, carbohydrates and fiber!

chipsand salsa have gotten me through a lot of tuff spots . the chips and salsa really taste well together.
