I love topping a banana with some peanut butter and a little granola. I then throw it in the microwave for about 1 minute. It tastes like a yummy dessert.

Try freezing a can of pineapple chunks (drained). Put in food processor, add a container of fat-free vanilla or pina colada yogurt, 1t. lemon juice & a packet of splenda. Process and you've got a delicious PINEAPPLE SORBET. Serves 2, each about 100 calories!! Eat immediately or freeze in popsicle molds
