I love juice bars, but can only find them with sugar added or else Splenda that they put too much of.

Great ideas to satisfy my sweet cravings!

Great ideas! I've got one too. Why not make parfaits with sugar-free jello and sugar free pudding? You can add a few fresh fruits if you want or a little low fat whipped topping, but they are great just plain.

As much as I love a good snack, I have to agree with others that these snacks aren't the greatest suggestions. While the choices miiiiight offer a wee bit of nutritional value, there isn't much. Many are still sodium or sugar bombs, so snackers be wary!

This one sounds best of all! I'd have to get marshmallows & chocolate candy. I hate having a lot of candy around here I'm a diabetic and I'm a overeater. It's like if it's here, I'll eat it until it's gone. But I've never had one. Thanks for this suggestion. Have a blessed day!

I like the suggestions, but they don't seem very "office" friendly, except the fruit and nuts, you could pack that ahead of time....

I like all the suggestions! Especially the s'mores!

A few of these will not spike your insulin - choose carefully.

some good tips.....thank you...

Heres one of my favourites.......melt 4grams of pure coconut oil in a heavy bottom pan.... put in a handful of popcorn....put lid on and wait til all kernals have popped..... Place popcorn in a sealable plastic container or bag and drizzle on 1 tsp of runny honey....put lid on box and shake.....yummy and cos they take a long time to eat you feel satisfied. Also great to take to work or wherever in the box....
