Hummmmm, use hummus instead of mayo on a sandwich - I love hummus so I may have to try that!

It would be really helpful if when stating number of servings people put serving size! The Buffalo Chicken Dip says 24 servings but no size. Without measuring out the entire recipe to see it's a huge guess. It sounds delicious, but a serving size would be very helpful.

I'm sure it is a 2 tbsp. serving, but sure beats the heck out of other high calorie options. I'm gonna make a couple of these for the Packers game this Sunday. My husband will never know it's good for him, and I'll just dip my veggies in lightly.

I blend 2 cups of cottage cheese until it's smooth. Add 2/3 cup of crumbled blue cheese, blend some more. Then whisk in 1/3 cup of blue cheese crumbles. Easy, low-fat, all-natural blue cheese dressing.

It's really thick, but you can thin it with milk.

The Hubs likes ranch dressing. For him, I use a packet of ranch dressing mix instead of the blue cheese. Not exactly "all natural," but sitll less scary than the label on low-fat or fat-free dressings.
