I would like to add another wonderful snack, called Ready Snack Go. 90 calories each. Really great for satisfying hunger.

I get heartburn when I eat any dairy products and almost all of these items had dairy in some form except for the celery and peanut butter. It would be nice to see more examples that don't include dairy.

These look awesome BUT, sugar free usually means Aspartame. I will also agree that we need SOME fat to take in.

Love popcorn but most ideas are not for the lactose intolerant. Just thinking about some of these makes my stomach spasm.

The pictures are deceivingly tempting. Just comparing 3 and 4 there must be at least a pound of cheese and the description says eat an ounce and then the celery in 4 says 5 pieces but shows 1. I agree with one comment below about the need for the fat to absorb the calcium in milk.
