Some of these could use recipes suggested - for instance the # 5 latte .

Photos in some are beautiful but not what the serving suggested would look like --- for instance, #4 what 1 Tbsp peanut butter would look like on 5 ribs of celery - compared to the one short rib of celery pictured, or #3 what 1 ounce of low-fat mozzarella cheese, 6 fresh basil leaves, 1 cup of cherry tomatoes - compared to photo with mozz balls, finally get red of the peppermint candy when not listed in the calories.

Did you know that when you drink fat-free milk your body absorbs none of the calcium from it? Your body can only absorb the calcium when it's accompanied by the saturated fat found in milk. These might be under 100 calories but most of them are nutritionally worthless.

In any real food management program sugar just doesn't fly. .. stay away from the sugar and keep far far away from sugar substitute!

Try a cored apple, with a pat of butter a sprinkle of cinnamon, micro or bake till soft. When you eat it, close your eyes and pretend it's apple pie.

If you are serious about weight loss, this is as good as it gets!

The Fiber One Brownie with 8 oz of cold skim milk is my reward at the end of the day if I still have a few calories to spare. It's a really good brownie with only 90 calories.
