Other than the latte they all sound great to me! I think some people may not realize that a "treat" doesn't always refer to some kind of confection. Or maybe they just don't have the taste for these particular kind of treats. I do think that one or two of the photos might not accurately reflect the appropriate serving size. But peanut butter and celery, some apple with cheddar cheese, and even some turkey deli meat are going to be some delicious additions to my diet :)

I agree with the peanut butter and turkey thought that they are not a treat!

I don't think sugar free is the way to go, but that is me. For the chocolate one, you could eat greek plain yogurt with like a tbsp of chocolate fudge pudding not the sugar free kind though. Not sure of the calories, but couldn't be much. I eat this all the time when I crave chocolate. You could also make it with like a tsp of fudge topping for ice cream. I made that one today with 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt. I think it was like 150 calories total.

Good suggestions! It would be good if the photos match the actual portion sizes.

Nice ideas. Would be nice if the pics showed real portions though since most of us are learning portion control. And I don't do chemical sugar. I would rather have less real sugar then more fake stuff that is nasty and just makes me want to eat the real thing more.
