I use whole wheat small tortilla for the crust and use a little bit of sauce, whatever veggies you like, and a little bit of mozzarella cheese.

Hey ALILDUCKLING: the Joseph Lavash flatbread or pitas net 4 carbs. Also the whole grain tortillas by OLÉ and Tamaro net 4 carbs. I used to do Atkins and wish these products had been available years ago.

We use Joseph's lavash flatbread or low carb tortillas. Fresh sliced tomatoes, basil and eithe low fat cheese or veggie cheese. These are a really good low calorie pizza fix. I usually add a little marinara sauce to mine.
