I love this: 1/2 oz 75% reduced fat cabot's cheddar cheese; 1/4 avocado; 1tbsp caramelized onions; 1 tsp. Chili sauce, 3bread & butter pickle slices. Have it on a Mirningstar Farm's Grillers Original on a Martin's or Trader Joe's wheat bin, and a side of 1 oz. Baked Kettle chips (Hickory BBQ is my current fave) or 3 oz oven sweet potato fries. HEAVEN!!!

Wow there are so many lighter options for burgers than what is shown. Try sandwich thins instead of a bun. Sub a nice big tossed salad for those fries and you can have a burger with bacon and cheese whole meal under 500 cals! Portion control is absolute key!!!

The ingredients described sound great, but I do not believe those photos depict those actual ingredients listed. Someone already commented regarding the fries. Also, why go to all the trouble to dress a burger with condiments under 100 calories if you are going to put it on a giant bun that looks to be easily over 300 calories in itself??

Were those stock photos from somewhere else or what?? Seriously, SP showing french fries as sides and not healthier options anywhere in sight?

So how many calories are in the bun, burger and fries on those plates? You can hardly eat the toppings alone...or can you?
