1 tablespoon ketchup
5 pickle slices

This is good as far as calories go but you also need to watch sodium intake. Those condiments have approximately 800mg of sodium which climbs to over 1,000mg if you count the hamburger and bun. Two burgers and you have pretty well hit your daily allowance of sodium.

If your going to trumpet something like this should show all the nutritional values.

I also generally skip the bun. I have found, however, that if I want a bun, I choose to use the "thins" that are so readily available now. I load my burger with lots of fresh veggies too.

A restaurant around here has been marketing a fiesta veggie burger - a boca patty with refried beans and salsa (and I think a dollop of sour cream) on top. It sounded gross at first, but the more I think about it the more I think I need to make one of my own!
