So how many calories are in the bun, burger and fries on those plates? You can hardly eat the toppings alone...or can you?

Although this information is all about the toppings, and I have been eating my burger without the bun/bread, the pictures tell the story--It also provides other bread alternatives to the Almighty burger! Thanks!

This is good as far as calories go but you also need to watch sodium intake. Those condiments have approximately 800mg of sodium which climbs to over 1,000mg if you count the hamburger and bun. Two burgers and you have pretty well hit your daily allowance of sodium.

If your going to trumpet something like this should show all the nutritional values.
