These breakfasts would only last until about 10:00 am, then I would have to have a protein snack. Eggs are my breakfast almost every day.

I don't like yogurt so I make mine 1 med banana, 2Tbl peanut butter, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 milk and 4-5 ice cubes put in blender and drink on my way to work

I can't say it enough... sub peanut butter with peanut flour and save yourself fat/calories while adding protein and fiber. Protein Plus peanut flour is the best.

I'm not hungry in the morning so I drink a "weight loss shake" and one of your recommendations which is" green juice". I buy GREEN MACHINE at Costco. It is high in natural sugars, but has no added sugars.
