I can't say it enough... sub peanut butter with peanut flour and save yourself fat/calories while adding protein and fiber. Protein Plus peanut flour is the best.

I'm not hungry in the morning so I drink a "weight loss shake" and one of your recommendations which is" green juice". I buy GREEN MACHINE at Costco. It is high in natural sugars, but has no added sugars.

Most important meal of the day should be filled with calories. After all you have a whole day to burn them away : )

I'm partial to summer porridge. Cool, filling, satisfying, and yummy!
1/4 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c. unsweetened, plain yogurt
1/8 t. extract (almond or vanilla)
1 t. sweetener such as honey or maple syrup OR 1 packet of artificial sweetener OR other sweetener to taste
1/2 T. chia seeds (optional...good for texture and nutrients)
2 T. fruit such as blueberries, raspberries, sliced peach or strawberries, etc.

I also add 1/2 T. oatbran and 1/2 T. of my own combo of ground seeds (1/2 flaxseed meal, 1/2 other seeds (1/3 pumpkin seed, 1/3 sunflower seed, 1/3 sesame seed)).

Place all ingredients into a tight-sealing container, then shake until completely combined. Refrigerate overnight (or at least a few hours), then pull out of the fridge and enjoy!
