I never liked cottage before! I put a quarter cup on my salad now with my lite french dressing and it makes the salad seem more filling and tasty. Try it you will love it.

This is great! I have a tub of cottage cheese and never had any ideas of what to do with it other than spreading it on crackers (and it seriously makes me want to gag)
If I added it to baked goods in place of oil whats the conversions? Or is it sort of like cup for cup?

My brother & I would never eat salads growing up, so Mom made us a saucer of cottage cheese and pears or peaches. Still my go to today :)

Put your favorite salsa in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Gently crack an egg on top of the salsa and cook to your desired doneness. Put a layer of cottage cheese in the bottom of a bowl. Scoop out the egg and as much salsa as you want, put it on the cottage cheese. Enjoy!

My Grandpa ate cottage cheese with a bit of sour cream on top and black pepper. I was disgusted when I was a kid but I love it now.

One of my Grandmother's favorite snacks was slice tomatoes with cottage cheese on top. Also, mixed with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and green onions, as a summer salad. My son and I are carrying on the tradition.
