I too love cottage cheese but always buy the low fat low salt variety.I like to add fresh fruit or canned fruit if I have it on hand if not I use herbs like basil or italian seasoning both really bring up the flavor of cottage cheese. I couldn't get the slideshow to work either!

I grew up eating cottage cheese with canned peaches. It's still so delicious! For lunch I will sometimes take shredded arugula and mix it into cottage cheese. It's also very delicious. The cottage cheese takes some of the bitterness out of the arugula.
