I would make the smoothie or eat the yogurt with fruit. A lot of those recipes are for foods that I have trouble limiting myself to just one piece or one serving. A slice of banana bread would be great, but not if you eat the whole loaf!

In the spark video I just watched the nutritionist said only 100-150 calories for each snack any more and its considered a meal. I noticed a lot of these recipes are over 150 calories so should they be considered snacks? Sorry if this is a dumb question...

A lot of these don't seem that healthy to me and contain too much sugar for my liking. I think there were only 2 that I would make/use.

I have always liked nuts and I was so glad to learn that I could eat them (in moderation, of course) without repercussions. In fact, I lost over 100 pounds by incorporating nuts into my new lifestyle, and now I continue to eat them in order to maintain my weight loss. God is good!

Nuts are great unless you are trying to lose weight.

Ideas are good and look interresting, however, not all of the pages loaded fully and no recipes were gained. Would think that this information is possibly something to assist me with my diet, but unless this site failure is cleared up, I will never know..
