I had this sandwich for breakfast this morning, and I have to say that I was not at all impressed. It was teeny-tiny, tasteless, and not worth the price OR the 370 calories! Next time I'll choose the McDonald's Egg McMuffin with 300 calories... It's not only cheaper, but is bigger and tastes WAAAAY better! I don't know if it makes a difference in nutritional value, but I prefer to order the Egg McMuffin with a "folded" egg instead of the "round" egg it comes with... I just like the taste better.

I can't find this on their menu for the nutrition information. How many ounces is this frittata? It seems to have a fair amount of sodium for one meal. This meal has 144 calories from fat. I have been checking all of the Starbucks products and if you look at the number of ounces and the calories -- they are pretty hefty. You can certainly get drinks for under 200 calories, and although they have a number of choices for food items under 350 calories -- they are very expensive calories indeed. Don't be fooled by their "petites" menu, most of the items are 1.5 ounces each. Huge amount of calories for one or two bites at most. Even their Bistro Boxes are either high in sodium, fat, or just not enough food for more than a snack. Not all outlets carry the same items, so maybe the one near you has better choices than mine does. One needs to plan what to eat before venturing in!
